Sizzla at "Annies", Cincinnati, Ohio USA. 2001 Photographer : Ken Bassett. Sizzla's major breakthrough came with the release in 1997 of the now classic album, "Black Woman and Child". Bearing all the hallmarks of Bobby "Digital" Dixon's dancehall-influenced production, the impact on both the reggae and mainstream markets was phenomenal. Sizzla has since released no less than seven albums, including 1998's Bobby Digital produced "Good Ways" (RUNN Records) and "Kalonji" (Jet Star), which saw the single "Rain Shower" playlisted at UK's Radio One and 1999's "Royal Son of Ethiopia".
