After being both the single "Wie Weit" (now finally released), and the album "Mittendrin" (to be released within a week), were pushed back several times, expectations only seemed to rise. This Maxi-CD will not disappoint anyone's expectations, because "Wie Weit" already made a good impression when the tune was featured on the "Rootdown Allstars Volume 1" album, as a convincing conscious tune by German singjay Nosliw. The tune is featured in 2 additional alternative mixes, the downtempo "Steppa Remix and the "Kool DJ GQ Last Minute Remix" chopping up the riddim on this Maxi-CD as well, but even better, the clean instrumental version of the beautiful live played 'Crystal Woman'-riddim coming from Rootdown Records own Teka is featured also as "Wie Weit Instrumental". Even if his take on Germaican Records/Seeed's 'Electric Boogie'-riddim, live favorite "Alarm" wouldn't have been included in a 'directors' cut' on this Maxi-CD it would have been worth buying, now it's must.
