Putting together a more than respectable roster of vocal talents for their EXCELLENT "Big City Riddim" is the music production house called Forever Music from Portmore, Jamaica. First time they attracted our attention was with their "White Squall Riddim", released in the summer of 2012.

This "Big City Riddim" - played by some of Jamaica's finest musicians like Sly Dunbar, Worm, Franklyn 'Bubbler' Waul, Robbie Lyn, Dean Fraser, and Dalton Brownie, and expertly mixed by 'Fatta' Marshall - makes a far better impression than the aforementioned juggling project, which featured names such as Prezident Brown, Crisopolis, Tanto Metro & Devonte, Perfect Giddimani, Anthony Red Rose, Bunny Brown, and little known Earth Tremma. Here we see again Perfect Giddimani, Anthony Red Rose, Earth Tremma, Bunny Brown and furthermore also Cherine Anderson, Lutan Fyah, Bugle, and Teflon on the roster, all tuning in to the "Big City" (and just about all of them do very well). Lyrically the songs featured on this compilation deal with different affairs including love, life and lessons. You absolutely HAVE TO hear "Awake" by Perfect Giddimani which, although the chanter has been on a career-best stretch of output over the course of the past couple of years or so, still rates as one of his best in recent times and apparently Forever Music agrees as they also include an 'African Mix' of the song as well. Other tunes truly worth hearing are Cherine Anderson's "Beautiful Thing", Lutan Fyah's "Rebel Warrior" (with harmonies from Paul 'Lymie' Murray), Anthony Red Rose's title track "Big City", Bunny Brown's "Salute" and Bugle's "Judge Not". Don't overlook "Refuge" by the much promising new artist Earth Tremma either.

Definitely worth checking and LOVE the cover.
