Reggae Interviews Exco Levi
Reggae Interviews caught up with Brampton-based, Jamaican-Canadian reggae musician Exco Levi for an exclusive, in-depth conversation about his third album Born To Be Free on Penthouse Records. The 15 track album revolves around the themes of liberation and is the follow up to his 2018 album Narrative produced by Silly Walks Disco.

The multiple Juno Award winner has worked alongside Penthouse Records Donovan Germain for a number of years and Born To Be Free features collaborations with artistes including Duane Stephenson and Charly Black.

Exco Levi, who has received many accolades in Canada, including being recognised for his contribution to culture with an induction into the Brampton, Ontario Walk Of Fame in 2016, entered that National Festival Song Competition in 2023 with the Germain-produced track Feel Like Home. He placed third and was delighted to be so honoured in Jamaica, his country of birth.

The fifteen-track project is out now digitally on Penthouse Records.
