New album: Enos Mcleod - Dub House

ENOS MCLEOD – “DUB HOUSE”

“Dub House”, a great selection of spacy dubs of mainly 1970s roots riddims, is an album by Enos McLeod. The latter, a Jamaican reggae producer & singer, was born in 1946 in Trenchtown, Kingston. Enos McLeod’s production work included recordings with some of Jamaica’s top singers, including Gregory Isaacs, Ken Boothe, and The Gaylads. He also produced Augustus Pablo’s 1975 album “Thriller”. As a singer, he had hits in Jamaica with singles such as “Tel Aviv”, “Hi-Jacking” and “If You Love Jah”, and the combination hits “Jestering” (with Shorty the President) and “Jericho” (with The Mighty Diamonds).
