Two new releases from Yi Mas Gan Records

Yi Mas Gan Records is gearing up for the start of 2023 by dropping two new vinyl singles in both 12″ and 7″ formats, which sees the label placing its bets on the emerging generation of riddim makers. These new releases showcase the talents of French producers Free Meditation and Mystiroots, hailing from the Nantes and Dijon regions, respectively. The first single, a maxi 12″, features the powerful vocals of M’Festa on the song World, followed by its dub version mixed by Lo’ and backed up by WiLee on brass. The B-side of the single features a UK instrumental stepper with WiLee on trombone and Lo’ at the helm. All tracks were recorded at the Free Meditation Studio. The second release, a 7″ single, contains Culture, a vibrant and dynamic riddim produced and composed by Lord Abel from the Mystiroots Hi-Fi Studio. The flip side features a melodica dub version full of energy. Fans of UK steppers are sure to enjoy this new music from Yi Mas Gan Records.
