I-tru-jah and Mother’s Day memories

Last Sunday, May 14th, thousands of mothers were brewing with excitement as their children and other loved ones brought an extra cheer in their lives. These gifts include fabulous hairstyles, pedicure, parties, dinners, bouquets, and even motorcars. The blessings continued over into the wee hours of the morning, May 15th, 2023.
Reggae dancehall artiste I-tru-jah was with his mother and this is his story.
“Mother’s Day was great and will it always be because mothers, especially, go the extra mile to make things right for their children.”
“I had my mother on my mind all Saturday night because she wasn’t feeling well but things worked out for the best on the Sunday which was Mother’s Day.”
“Mom lives just five minutes drive from where I live and so it took just fifteen minutes to pick up the flowers I had ordered for her.”
On reaching the house, there was mom smiling and making breakfast. She loves all types of ground provision.”
“Within minutes my other brother, Jah Mason, and two sisters turned up with showers of hugs and gifts of flowers.”
“I took mom to church at about at 11 0’clock. On returning, she ate her favourite steamed fish then rested until it was bedtime.”
“Although May 14th is celebrated Mother’s Day. My thoughts are that we should show our mom love everyday of the year”.
